Hi
June 29th applicant
Today i called the local MP office, they will communicate with CIC.
I contact with my MP and he sent me a consent form to sign so they can inquire about me but im scared as immigration officers will be angry at me ?
Is it ok to ask mp help as im going to pass 12 motnhs mark tomorrow

There should not be any kind of retribution to worry about — after all if this wasn’t an acceptable thing to do your MP wouldn’t have a standardized process to follow for you to make the request :)

It’s been a year so you’re within your rights to make an enquiry! Good luck!

Hi! What does MP stands for and how to contact them? :p Thank you. I just moved from Vancouver to Toronto last week so eventually I will be at the same local office as you haha! I already passed 12 months and when I called CIC today they say they couldn’t do anything but just wait for it comes.

MP is member of parliament and you have to search your local area MP.
He might be able to do it
Which officw has your file though?
Mine is transferred to etobicoke from Vancouver after SA.

Hi :)
I just wondering what people mean by ‘local’?
Does that mean the location of MP is in your city? Or like your province?

Thank you in advance!!

Hi All,

I thought it's a good idea to make a spreadsheet for June inland applicants only and see how many people are actually still waiting for SA or DM and how many people have received them. Please take a moment to fill this spreadsheet if you are a June applicant and help the rest of the members to get an idea of what's going on. Thanks in advance and feel free to suggest things!

To june applicants who haven't seen this post, could you please take a moment and fill this spreadsheet?
