I heard that people who get the application filed by agencies have their PPR's as compared to the ones who do it themselves. Also, the agencies have "other" ways to communicate with IRCC and somehow they get it done.
I don't think that is true. I filed through well know consultant in my city. Its been 188 days since AOR. I know many who filed through consultants and waiting for more than 6 months.
Agencies/consultants/lawyers/whoever might help you avoid mistakes in your application or to take preventative measures to ensure your file isn't delayed (if they're good...), but to IRCC, the application is exactly the same as anyone else's and will be treated as such. There's no measurable evidence to suggest that filing through another party gets your application processed faster.
Just to throw an anecdote into your pool: I applied by myself (FSW outland) and received PPR in less than 2 months.
Did the people who got PPR got it done through agency? And also people please tell me that who all are waiting for PPR have you guys filed your application yourselves? My question is lil stupid but still please tell

As far as I know, consultants/agencies have no other ways to communicate with IRCC and they aren't processed with any kind of priority. They just take your money and enrich themselves from your dreams.

I second this. No consultant (Pretty confident a consultant would have told me not to apply anyway based on what i've seen information wise regarding my application) PPR received with a month to spare on the 6 month timeline. Uk citizen, FSW-outland

Congrats. I wish you all the best.
So when you called a week before your ppr they told you nothing had started?! So I guess even calling is not that accurate.

Hello guys,
I know this would have been asked on the forum before, however, I wanted to check the process for applying GCMS notes from outside of Canada!
1) Who are the trusted agents?
2) How much do they charge?
3) What is the format of the consent letter?
AOR - 5 December 2018

This is what I received for my CSE raised on June 4th. Does this mean initial BGC is complete? My last notes were received on May 31st (Ordered Apr 30th), BGC went to IP2 on May 23rd. I haven't ordered new notes yet, I don't think they will add any value at the moment.
