Oh that looks pretty similar to the response MH91 got, (take a look a few inputs above) I'd like to believe that's a good sign, at least it sounds like they are re-directing these inquiries to the officers and not just flipping you? Lets see, please keep us posted on your progress as I think all of us in the same situation are getting extremely frustrated. Cheers and all the best
Hahaha! same damn reply! automated ones!
Thanks, I am April 2017 Applicant, Medical done October 2018. All the best.
Congratulations Kareem2222.all the very best
Hello friends,

Call them security not started pls wait they don't how long they will take. Blaaa blaaa allready 22 month .really stressful. File location ps review
guys its official processing time is now 21 months check the link -
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html
i got similar reponse of my webform -
" your client's application is currently in queue awaiting review of an officer. You will be notified in due course. Thank you"
then i called IRCC exactly on the 7th day after this response and the agent told me my security check haven't started yet.

so many of us have been on the same boat can we all come together and file a complaint against this nuisance?
we have been approved CSQ by the govt of quebec, and they have taken their fareshare of extension to process application.
dont yall want an explanation why are we being treated so poorly?
[email protected]
The above mail id is of Canada’s Immigration Minister Mr Ahmed Hussain. I already mailed them but in vain. I got a letter sent to me asking me to wait for a decision as it’s waiting for a review by an officer. Also if I have any concerns I can mail to Quebec Immigration minister.
If everyone can mail Mr Ahmed Hussain and request some explanation regarding the increasing processing time it “might” make some difference
They take hell lots of time for QSW applicants background checks but what about EE applicants??? How come their sec checks are expedited??? How do they know if all the EE applicants have clean backgrounds
Feels like some one has the key to my life for which I have to wait to get it until he or she wakes up
Frustrated to the core
My situation is also very similar to y'all. Sincerely i want an answer too! Why my security hasnt started and am already in 21st month? Medical past June 18!
I"ll try email Mr Hussain as sugested..
Congratulations Kareem2222.all the very best
Thanks dear, you are the next to get.
When I applied it was 12 month... then 13 ,14,15 and now, it is 21months. In two to three months, it might be 25 months for processing time.
Since the web form is only for those who have completed 21 months unsuccessfully, I can’t use it. My agency will reply to my mails with « The delays is from the authorities itself and we must abide » .
When the CSQ applications were about to be cancelled with Bill 9, people voiced out.
We went through a long struggle with our own CSQ waiting for years and now that we apply for PR , we have to wait for 2 years for a decision?! Meanwhile, resources are being used for the other application methods like Express entry and Provincial etc but what about us? Must we bear in silence ?

I have raised Case Specific Enquiry just now. If possible everyone please mail the minister of immigration so that atleast there will be some actions on the applications which are at Federal stage and filled before 2018. This kind of favouritism shouldn’t be encouraged. If all of us can mail Mr Hussain, hopefully they will wake up

I already did last month and they replied as follows:
Thank you for your correspondence of April 24, 2019, addressed to the Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, concerning your application for permanent residence. I have been asked to respond to your concerns.
I appreciate you sharing the circumstances that prompted you to write. Please be assured thatImmigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)makes every effort to deal with the applications they receive in the most efficient and effective way. However, the many steps involved in processing an application, coupled with the volume of applications, sometimes make it difficult to conclude cases in as timely a manner as the Department would like.

Nothing to say now
Processing time increases every other month... future plans stuck.. only God will help us all Quebec applicants.

Veena
I think they need aging immigrants so they are exceeding processing time now and then.
According to canadian census they have more aging population than young ones. So, just they want to increase aging population...
