I believe you are looking at the status on GCKEY/MyCIC account. They rarely update those status in online accounts. Mine was the same and they never changed it even after I got pre-arrival services letter and passport requests (which is after decision was made). It was still showing "We're checking your eligibility etc..". So, sit back, relax and wait for your turn. London LVO is very slow.

Hello All, Yesterday New version of Forms were released and out of those, in form imm5768e-Financial Evaluation for Parents (IMM 5768 (06-2019) E

I am not able to type the answer to question 7.( Total number of persons for the purpose of determining your minimum necessary income) - in previous version of form IMM 5768 (07-2018) E it was flawless.

Do we have to write the count by ourselves instead of typing?

Does anybody have the similar issue? Do we have resolution for this?

Any movement from the Ottawa office? Medicals passed on April 5th but have seen nothing after that. PCC was submitted along with the meds and CIC still shows BG not started. When should I expect some movement? It's been 13 months since the app was submitted.

This seems like some error. Meds were cleared in April but CIC shows Oct 2018. I guess just ignore it for now.
