Hello,
I am an inland QSW applicant my timeline is:
AOR: 18 December 2017
APP: 26 Feb 2018
MR: April 2018
Eligibility, criminality: passed
Security screening: not started yet!!!

I called cic today and was told that my security has not started yet. even if it starts today I will get it 6 months later.
Is anybody in the same situation?

Medical passed May 24th 2019

Called IRCC today they told me Criminality in progress but Security not started

Yes, I am assuming very soon the official estimated time will become 21 months on CIC site.

This is crazy..mine has not been updated yet but last time (when they introduced the progress bar) my file was updated after everyone else’s

I have cleared medical exam, The only thing remains is Background/Security check,

To be honest it takes less then 30 mins to do both P.P and still these losers need 21 months,

whereas EE takes hardly 6-8 months including everything,

It seems like whole world applied for Quebec

The worst thing is that we all know it but don’t want to admit it
If it really moves to 21months then something is definitely wrong. They ask for less than 35 years old (16 points?) then makes you wait csq + federal for approx 6 years!? Stay strong mate, we’ll get through....don’t know when, but we will!
