Hello All,

Any Inland Applicant applied through an agent but request a GCMS notes by themselves here?

can you please walk me through How can i request for the GCMS note without having my agent involved? and get the response to my personal email, the same email attached in my original file.

P:S- I received a response of my Webform last week Tuesday 28th May 2019 - is there any good or bad time frame to request a GCSM note or I am within my right o request that anytime?

Your advise is much appreciated!
I did it twice before 20 months period, I wanted to know if it's better to wait or renew my work permit. Later I told my lawyer but she wasn't very happy about it. Anyway, you can do it by yourself, no problem.

Sweet mother of Jesus!

Like so many of you I got impatient and sent a request about a week ago through the online form, asking politely for an update, since I have not had a status update for over a year. A few days later I received the boilerplate reply stating the the application is in process blabla. And then two days later I get the PPR email!!!

It took 650 days! This is the 8th longest out of the 220 people in the list that received PPR request (RAS is "the winner" with 762 days). You can see my timeline in the GoogleSheet.

BTW, my medical expired almost 2 months ago, and I did not receive a request for remedical.
Congratulations and all the best for future endeavours..

What type of Lawyer is that? Is she not meant to be optimistic about a +ve result.

Well for me the decision is a positive one for you by Gods grace.

Good Luck

Submitted a webform last week and got this after 5 working days. To me nothing concrete and no office have contacted me after getting this email for over 5days now.

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided and have forwarded it to the responsible office.

They will contact you if further information is required or if a decision is made on your application.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

Sincerely,

Agent

Thanks MH91!

Never been so demotivated like this before. Visa office is not moving "much" with applicants waiting 20+ months. Most of the good news coming from folks with AOR November /December 2017 lately. And to top everything off law firm i have hired is a mega moron who doesn't communicate, doesn;t reply to my emails, phone calls and they have been sitting with my webform reply for ONE whole week then forwarded me the reply over to me 7 days! :( i am speechless really.

how soon do they reply for GCSM notes once submitted any idea?
* You can expect an answer to GCMS notes in 30 -35 days.
* There is no good or bad time to apply it. Just go ahead and apply
* I have read somewhere that actually applying GCMS notes makes your application move forward, since preparing these notes is a cumbersome process for the department. They actually have to punch so many things into the system to prepare your notes, which in turn makes your application move to the next stage if it was sitting with them for no reason. Good Luck!

I conclude that it is a 22 to 25 month waiting time for PR then :( but we don’t know if it is India only or worldwide. Also, it means they issue PR in batches and not case to case :( .
Yes, it actually is tricky to establish such details. However, this time they cleared out cases with application dates ranging mostly in Q1-Q2 of 2017. Still keeping in mind that many people who had applied in June - Aug 2017 and Nov-Dec 2017 had already got their DMs couple of months back...
