invitation email received: 25 Apr at 1pm
package sent: 26 April
package delivered 1 May
eCAS status appeared on 4 June at 10.30am
myCIC linked successfully on 4 June at 9.30pm
AOR email received 8.03am 5 June (Thanks goodness!!!! Pray hard all the time)
Too early to check ecas if your packaged delivered only on 22 May. They are now starting to look at packaged received up to 3 May only, recently it is getting slower and slower as there are more cases sent after 1 May then before 1 May. Can expect at least 8 weeks till you can see ecas.
Last year most people got PR within 6-8 months. Complex cases yes it can be 24 months or more but straight forward cases should be much fasters. The 24 months is an average of all cases
Just a thought here. Regarding the different version of forms......
It might help if you date the forms sometime in May 2019 if you are using the old forms. That way IRCC wont be able to tell if you are just someone who got their documents signed earlier and then sent it in later or filled it in June.
Just out of curiosity, does anybody know why they update forms in the middle of ongoing process?? Do they understand that most of us have to send off docs to a foreign country to get signatures??
@Navsheel
ur application wont be rejected - just returned so u can submit the correct forms. nothing u can do now - its against the law for canada post to deliver mail to anyone but recipient, and at this point i wouldn't send another package to CIC.
just let this run its course: CIC might even just ask for the form instead of returning everything, who knows! wait for AOR and for them to let u know what ur next step is.
@YULIA-2016
I was just wondering if you can create Google form which can do entry on spreadsheet directly. That way you will have less work to do in updating spreadsheet.

That is correct, people who have same sex parents are discriminated against if they do not change the form and people who are legally with unidentified sex (marked as X) in their legal document can sue the government for the form on EOI and can get a spot because they are not able to fill the form
What mistake? Is that major mistake like wrong name or wrong number of family members? Only minor mistakes can be corrected with proof such as changed in name with legal document
