I am new to this so I want to ask a silly question. Most of the time does LVO gives negative result even the relationship is genuine. As they have their own ways of evaluating a legal relationship apart from other VO. I am really panicked

Even if relationship is genuine in reality, onus of proof is on Applicant to provide as much proof as you can in order for Visa Officer to make determination that relationship is not in 'bad faith' (Page 10 of 81)

I sponsored my wife. No kids. Only she is coming.

Do we only need to fill "Principle applicant" row on the form or do we need to fill Spouse/partner row also?

CONGRATULATIONS ! if you can provide some info i have medical request how to get appointment in Lahore for re-medical .do i have to call or email them .currently they are close until 10th June due to Eid holidays.

Well it's depends on how much supporting material you send with your application. Send as much proof as you can to make your case stronger. Mine was a nikkah only case but I submitted a lot of supporting documents (chats, messages, photos of nikkah, photos with families; her and mine etc.) and the process was a breeze. They are not going to know. You have to convince them.
