Can't upload IMM1294

Does anyone have problem with uploading IMM1294?
It says
The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.

• Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted

My file has validated and have barcodes.
I tried with macbook and windows.
I tried safari, google chrome and internet explorer but same error occurred.
I already reported technical issue but got no respond.
What should I do?

Download the latest version (Aug 2018) of the form and fill it out, validate, then try to upload again. It should have IMM 1294 (08-2018) E in the left footer.

I have downloaded the latest version but still i am still facing the same problem.

Your error is completely different it is not the same.

I am experiencing issues uploading IMM1294, noticed that there was a similar issue in Oct 2017 that was addressed by IRCC. I sent out a tweet to @CitImmCanada. Is anybody else facing this issue in Dec 2018?

Have the exact same error. There are two things. The form given with the GcKey account is the outdated 11-2018 one. The one obtained from the documents page is 06-2019 HOWEVER when selecting it says February 2019 so I am not sure if that form is the latest one. Either way its NOT a validation error as I have validated over 10 times on several different versions of Adobe Reader on several different OS and on non the upload worked.

Any reccomendations?

ITS WORKING NOW !! they have uploaded the 2018 form which uploads successfully.

Would there be a problem since the 2018 form is outdated? or could it be they just mistakenly put (11-2018) on the new form and vice versa...

I had the same problem. Instead of downloading the application form from the checklist I downloaded another form from the following link. It was 2019-02 version and it worked. Earlier one was 2018-11 version. Link is given below:

I have tried both 2018 and 2019 (june 2019) neither work
