u can use receipt or uci number. if nothing shows is because they haven't gotten to ur file yet. people from April are started to see their ECAS now so give it a few weeks.. this whole thing can take up to 2 years to be finalized, patience is a virtue
when u paid ur fees u got a receipt. that has a number that u can use to try and get ur ECAS, it starts with a R followed by a series of numbers.
If u sent ur app within the last week or so, u probably won't be able to see anything. mine got there may 3 and i still cant see anything.

Hello everyone...I have a quick question to all of you if you can provide some advise....I am getting conflicted info...so wanted to ask the forum....I am sponsoring my father only....my biological mother passed away long ago and my dad re-married....well the 2nd marriage didn't work out and he is legally separated now....so under generic application for principal applicant.....does he put legally separated and provide the 2nd wife's info under previous marriage or my biological mother's info? Did anyone experienced this? I just don't want the file to be returned because for this mistake......also intended occupation in the generic application for my father would be retired or something else? thanks all !
