We only have AIP, SA and sponsor's DM (since January). PA side still in process, but when we call them, they say everything is finished and that our file is just waiting for final review (?), which supposedly is the very last step before DM. The problem is that they are saying the same thing since January and now we are soon completing 13 months and nothing seems to be changing... No idea why we are stuck in this step since January.

Im an August applicant and I got the same spiel from the agent on the phone. She said that the immigration officer needs to give final decision and can do that whenever, typically by the 12 month mark but not guarantee. Were you able to find more info on your case?

Not really, they kept telling us the same thing since end of January and the only extra info that some agents would give us was that nothing looked worrisome (even after we exceeded 12 months). We finally seem to have DM on PA side on ECAS, but still waiting for a letter.
We really hope you don't have to wait as long and that they conclude your application on time

I finally received the invitation letter today to walk-in the Montreal office within 30 days to issue my CoPR and become a permanent resident!!

Application sent to Mississauga office (with OWP): May 4th 2018
AOR: June 8th 2018
Request to submit Undertaking Application to Quebec and CSQ Application: June 22nd 2018
Undertaking approved and CSQ received: July 30th 2018
OWP received: August 15th 2018
Medical request: October 1st 2018
Medical passed: October 7th 2018
Eligibility passed: January 16th 2019
SA (DM for Sponsor): January 24th 2019
DM for applicant and appointment letter: June 11th 2019

I will go to the Montreal office on June 13th 2019 and become a permanent resident
