Did he tell an estimate time from "recommended pass" to "pass"?

It took one month for my eligibility to become passed from recommended pass. My visa office is Sydney. Mine might be slower than average though.

I called them. As far as i know, the status will stay "we are reviewing.." until you finish landing.

I tried to call them multiple times today(8am and now) but no luck it says due to high call volume we couldn't transfer to agent :-(

Yes i think same too, as happened same while I applied for WP as an outland n extension too.

Yes. First they told me that my medical and background is completed so, i asked them that this means my security, criminality and eligibility is completed and reply was yes, all of them.

My god you should be asked for visa office too. So then we can compare and kind of have an idea to expect when we will receive our ppr. But congratulations to you.

We passed the medical exam..
May 16 RPRF request as an ADR and paid and submitted the fee receipt on May 18.... After 2 days ADR changed to Not Applicable...
Today I called CIC and they said that ELIGIBILITY, MEDICAL, CRIMINAL baground check passed and completed
SECURITY check is need to be started and completed by some agency... application processing at Sydney, Nova Scotia....
When I can expect the PPR?
Security check is a long process?

I just called ircc and the agent told my eligibility is still under review and security has not yet started.

It is slow. people usually took 4-7 months to get ppr from there.
