PGP is commitment from Govt and they are doing all that they can to get the applicants through the process. Especially as this year is an election year.
On the other hand, there is no requirement from the Govt to actually make sure that all Visitor Visa applicants get a Visitor Visa. The officers have all the right to be strict. That said, the missing "NA in all fields" as a reason for rejecting the application sounds like the Case Officer got up on the wrong side of the bed...
Kindly update my profile in the spreadsheet. Thank you.

Hi folks, I am Sponsoring both parents & in-laws. My parents are with me right now in Canada visiting 2nd time on visitor visa & my in-laws visited last year for six months.
Would both set of parents need biometrics? Should I pay for biometric ?

If you purchased option of signature required with the courier then you will be able to track it. At least that's what I did with Canada Post and I can view who received the application.
