We just ordered GCMS notes. Since my husband, PA, lives here and he requested it under the Privacy Act, we didn't need to pay 5 dollars. The reason we requested notes is because there has been zero movement on our application since the medical exam was passed. The BGC hadn't even started.

Hi All,

I have applied for spousal sponsorship application on 28th December via agent. However I didn't applied for OWP for my wife. Her work permit is now expiring in August 2019 and her employer needs a valid work permit. Please advise -

1) Can I apply for OWP now. since I applied for her PR already
2) If yes, under which category shall I apply - Please share the website link
3) Can I apply myself or via my agent ( representative )

Any guidance will be much appreciated. Thanks.

BGC started today, application received December 17th.

Since I passed the medical exam on 27 March, passed 2 months and no BGC started yet.

I asked to pay biometric fee on Feb 2019

what additional information did they ask you ? for me they asked for PCC and Schedule A but they gave me only 2 weeks to submit

I was just asked proof of cohabitation and notice of assessment 2017 Sponsor.

Hello Guys,

Can you tell me if I am wrong? I think the Pr applicants with OWP approval get their BGC started earlier than the ones without OWP. It looks like that is the pattern. Does anyone without OWP get their BGC started yet?

Hopefully, there is no special case for the ones without OWP.
