hi anyone knows if my application is returned back can i resubmit the same forms knowing nothing has changed since i last sent my application like all the forms r still the same..how old can the signatures be? n r the signatures acceptable if its 90 days old since application was recevied or is it 90 days when they reopen my file ? the letter they sent me does have an application no on it but i used that in my ecas nothing comes up..

I have a question, Is there any difference between AOR and application receive coz i have mail saying they receive my application nd application number is also there but no separate mail for AOR

no,, it is the AOR (Acknowledgment Of Receipt)

Personally I would just reprint, resign, redate and reapply. Best not to give any reasons to be re-returned.

My husband submitted my application on 2nd nov 2018 and due to a signature missing they returned my application on 20th feb 2019 with a letter. But we didn't reprint anything and just re-submitted with a signature that was missing.. because our lawyer told us ' just do what you are asked to' and now with the same application I've got SA, medical request and biometric request.

Can anyone tell me roughly how long it will take to get COPR we just got the ppr yesterday and are sending it all off today and paying for it to get expedited. Wondering how long it will take until the copr letter? He is from America.

That's exactly the thing i don't get : Why some nations is super slow and some super fast , what's the deal behind ? Shouldn't it be the same procedures for all....

for cic its same but some visa office have backlog so they still working on last years file and on the other hand like mississauga is having no backlog and working on file from day 1 they receive file

Well i'm still waiting the transfer here can you imagine that ? Everything else is done and completed. So idk but that doesn't seem that fair according to me still. Anyway , it's a patience game as they say, but sorry you won't convince me it's a total transparent process.
