Under Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008), it says the same about the barcode page if you read the guide closely

Agree, it says Application NOT the package so it has to on top of respective Application

Are biometrics required if parents are in Canada? Guidelines are very confusing- one side those say it ain't required if you are legally in Canada, other side they say required for PR application. Please advise.

Please read carefully.
The application guide says all barcodes on top of application but in brackets it mentions (forms & Supporting documents).
The application here refers to form and supporting document.
While submitting IMM 1344 form, all barcode pages should be on the top of this form.

While submitting IMM 008 form, barcode page should be on top of this forms.

As of now we have 104 Applications in the tracker; we are almost at the half-way point (April 24th - June 28th Deadline). We should be on track to get at least another 100 -125 cases in the tracker.

Assuming we have at least 200 cases by end of June 28th in the tracker, we will have a statistically significant sample size (on a total population of 26.6) reflecting a confidence level of ~7 points at 95% confidence level. Looking at the cases we have ample diversity in Sponsor's provinces and applicant's countries and sponsored people.

Is there a statistical expert on this thread?

I have question related to UCI
My parents applied for super visa couple of years back and they have UCI number from the super visa application and it's on their visa in passport.

In the parents sponsorship form, can I put the same UCI number?

If yes, do I have to fill separate for my father and mother or just one is good enough?

Seriously is it so expensive and difficult to use paper clips instead of staples?

This seems like the most frivolous question I have seen on this forum.

People have explained why IRCC case officers would prefer paper clips as they are easier to remove if they need to take apart the sheets to scan and copy etc.

Yet we still get asked is it ok to staple? Staple if you must but really I dont see why it is such an ordeal to use paper clips.

BTW if you ask this question you probably have heard that using paper clips is "recommended" over using staples. Those who haven't heard would just staple anyway. So there is no need to ask again.

Dear respected members, I am finalizing the application package and have a question on the additional dependent 0008 dep form. I am only sponsoring my mother as my father passed away and my brother is married and 34 so not dependent. In the check list it says principal application to fill Additional dependant declaration IMM 0008 DEP - in my case do i need this form ? or simply leave the form and leave check box empty ?

Put n/a on checklist. You do not need to fill out one of these as it is for apps that have more than 5 dependents only
