I missed that..regretting...my friend just fill it as form says fill in English and in Native language

But how do I fill it in native language? the form does not let me type in native language

Thank you. While filing the additional Family information form (5406), do we have to write all the names in english as well as Native language? In my parents case, that would be in Hindi. Is it required?

On top of the form it says that the Native language is required, so i would say that it is required. You can hand write in Hindi after printing the form.

Cost varies depending your location, I had sent through Priority option.

I had explained that on IMM5669 form only provided electronic signature and no hand signature or thumb impression and in one of the form missed few numbers for UCI.

I have filled everything in English only and no info in Native language. I have filled similar forms before for other applications and have never written the info in Native language. I am guessing it will be ok but I will wait if there is any query from them.
