Guys is there any negative repercussion of paying the RPRF without the request and then uploading it as an AoR? I'm thinking it will save a few days and the update might even prompt the officer to look at the file?
AoR Dec 14, no update post Meds passed in Jan. Ordered gcms notes on 25th March and got them on 3rd May. Nothing was started.
Great news. Finally an agent confirmed Dec AORs are in process. Hope we all get PPR within 6 months as she said.

I called up IRCC today and they said that my case is close to final decision. Then I asked status for each stage and he said that I passed all the stages including - Eligibility, Criminality and Background Check; however system is not updated and still shows IP2.
Then I also asked him about expected timelines of PR confirmation email but the guy responded that it can come anytime within next month before June 21st (when my 6 months are getting over).
I am wondering why I am not getting approval email when all the stages are passed.

3. Press 1...1...1 . U will reach immigration
section.
4. Press 2..1..1..0
5. You will be put in the queue. Wait for the agent to respond.
6. He will ask about details like your complete name, application id, UCI id , DOB, etc To verify your details.
7. Ask them about Visa Office, criminality status, eligibility status, medical status, security status.
The agent will provide the detailed answer
No more than a tiny fraction of applicants actually post on this forum or submit their stats on immitracker.
It stands to reason that a lot of people on the forum are people whose timelines fall short. People whose applications processed quickly or successfully don't have reason to look for a forum that offers support, encouragement and advice!

Just received GCMS notes ordered on 27 march 2019.
Can someone please help me understand the notes and reason why my eligibility is review required.

I can't see specifically why this is the case but your score as assessed and your score as submitted don't match which is probably why it's under review

Calls using Hangouts Dialer to +1 numbers are free of charge, and you should be able to use the app out of Europe just fine. Hold times vary depending on the time of the day; if you call right when the call center opens (7 am Ottawa time), wait times can be as little as 10 minutes.
