Thanks for sharing. I checked this link and it's for the FST draw which has already happened last week.

Correction to your "Invitation period" point, it's not "2 invitations", it's mentioned as point no. 2 (if you carefully see the serial number they're following 1, 2 and 3). They didn't put dot after these serial numbers which made you confused and you thought two round of invitations instead of 2 mentioned as serial number. Please review it again.

Anyways, let's see how CIC plans upcoming draws!

2. You all can check instructions for any draw in the last two years.
3. A two-day window is given by the Immigration minister to the ministry officials to conduct the draw. Officials may choose to do it on Wednesday or on Thursday.
4. The two-day window is given in all types of draws - be is FST, FSW or all in one.
5. I know it was point no. 2; I never said there will be two FST draws.
6. I am not underestimating anyone's English. We all cleared that exam

In summary, it is possible, not certain, that ministerial instructions have already been given yesterday, but the officials will act on it today and will conduct the draw today.

The Conservatives are the ones who introduced the Express Entry system. They are not at all against immigration, just more in favor of programs and quotas that benefit Canada economically, i.e. fewer refugees and more well-educated workers. This might mean a lower ITA quota like back in 2015/2016, but the system will most likely remain in place in any case

I never said they will close the express entry but they will reduce ITA for sure

I highly doubt that draw will happen today. It seems they must have planned for coming Wednesday. The only important fact is to see if they increase the number of ITA's whenever the draw happens (be it this week or Wednesday). More patience!

Hello everyone! Newbie here, i was following this forum closely all day yesterday. I do have a healthy score; but there's always a sense of excitement when the date is nearing. Too bad there was no draw yesterday, but keeping my fingers crossed for the 29th (or even today )

Yes that is my biggest fear if it goes from 450 to 469 with a 4 week gap there is no chance for even 450+ scores .. the minimum need would be 460 then which is a tough score for most of the decent applicants
