Speaking hypothetically, even if we do consider the trolling draw and the lowest CRS picked was 462, does CIC have 3900 EE profiles above 462?

I don't think honestly the score will go above 455. The count will be 3900 for sure

If we assume normal draw of 3350 minus total in the pool above 600-317 above 450-1668 remaining 1515 meant for below 450 profiles so good chances of crs to drop below 450.
Pure assumption not an expert opinion but just an opinion

Mate.. remember the draw in April, it was published at 11:50 pm. So still there's a hope.
