I thought that too until I called and the agent said they have an issue with noc code and that call was after schedule A request. Don't really understand how things work at CIC

I got Schedule A first then my eligibility checks started

Yup I can see on your signature, my eligibility started in feb and left as review required till now, and background check started in April while still eligibility RR.

I will be happy if file is in NDVO. You will most likely get PPR next week

Ottawa has become very slow now.

If I could I will definitely have my file transferred to NDVO lol

AFTER THIS EMAIL, I UPLOADED UPDATED REFERENCE LETTER WITH LATEST SALARY SLIPS IN ADVANCE ALONG WITH LOE VIA WEBFORM, after 7 days got their STANDARD REPLY.

DID I DO RIGHT THING?

ALSO HOW AUTHENTIC IS RALPH ?

Assume, until and unless he asks you for money, that he is authentic. He already has your application details, so you've already given him a lot of your information. Just dont give more, and use any request for more as proof that he is not legit.

Trust the information and trust what you have done to use the CSE to provide additional information. I don't think you can do more, so just trust it and hang in there. Don't panic!

When did you raise the Web Form? There was an issue where automated acknowledgement emails weren't being sent out.
