I am a silent reader but decided to post today. I am so FRUSTRATED!
The last update I got was November 27th (biometrics)
Eligibility has been met since December . I have called severally but I am told everything looks good with my application. I am seriously beginning to doubt that.
The last time i was able to connect was April 27th. since then i haven't been able to reach CIC through calls.
i have raised CSE, no response yet. I do not know what else to do. I am gradually losing it

Called sometime in April and they said everything looks good. Background check in progress. To call back next month. I called but couldn't get through.

Got our notes but they haven't done anything on it since December.

Cant do anything but wait
