how did you send the schedule A to LVO??? thru email? webform or by courier???

webform and Email are the most common ways. If they request for "Original" specifically, then post it at LVO's address.

I uploaded mine in webform aside from that i will send to lvo as well... " fill up the schedule a bearing the orginal signature" that is the exact word in the letter... but isaw many post that only required to upload in GCkey and webform... not required to submit thru mail/courier..

i sent the package to canada May 9 up to now may agent stll not sending the package to LVO
im quite worried my agent making me crazy!!!

There is a form "im0008depenu" (Additional Dependents/Declaration Form)

I have one daughter. I have the understanding that this form will contain the details of my One year old daughter Only and it will be signed by the Principal Applicant (my Wife) in the end.

Please confirm if my understanding is correct.

Only if you have more than 5 dependents. If you have ONE dependant, you can declare it in IMM 0008 form.

Read Checklist thoroughly. Almost 90% of info is already given there.

Usually, if you have already submitted one Schedule A form bearing original signature as part of your application, then you can submit this later requested Schedule A Form filled, printed, signed, scanned and uploaded. You don't need to post it unless they say something like we require original form by post.

There are two types of signatures. One is by Typing on form (Electronic Signature) and Other is handwritten signature. In Schedule A form, they want both in signature, mainly handwritten one. That's what they mean when they state "bearing original signature". Fill Form, Print it, Sign it by hand, Scan it and then Upload it.

Has it ever happened that background check shows in process before eligibility is cleared?? I had an interview on April 3rd after which LVO requested for my husband's Police Certificate from UAE. I uploaded pcc on mycic last week and that is when I noticed that my background check is in process but under eligibility it still says We are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements. I havent received any pre-arrival mail either...

Many times.

PA's Eligibility is not dependant on BGC processing. BGC is not conducted by IRCC, but by CSIS and CBSA. One can pass Eligibility and their BGC can still remain under process.

PCC is related to Criminality.

Note: Visa Officers manually change these fields in GCKey. It's not automatic.

Hi i am also in the same situation no interview but eligibility and BGC from march is showing.10 dec Aor uae . can u please tell what they ask u in the interview?? just to get the idea!!
