Draw size will remain the same or reduce in the future. They will meet their goals with the current draw size comfortably. Far too many invitations have been issued this year.

However, one point to note is that they always issue more ITA than the goal set for an year.

Navin,

I don't see the draw size being reduced. As we know, its not about the issued ITA's but the actual COPR's. There was a lot of noise about the demo/fake profiles this year and with all those ITA's being declined. I expecting it the draw size to increase if not the same but decreasing, there is no chance.

We might get a clear picture from Q3. May be CIC conducts on analysis on the half yearly issued ITA's vs accepted one's gives the enough data to increase or maintain the same draw size. Lets wait and watch.

Totally agree with you @Shannoh. The fake profiles should account for substantial ITAs this year. This should get resolved in 2nd half of the year.

Do you have any sources where it mentions about the fake profiles?

If you have followed the past 2 ROH threads, you can find a post where a gentleman said that he created 4 fake profiles and got ITA for 2 of them, and sent it down the drain. Then he requested all others to remove their fake profiles. Such a noble person!!!?

I guess they haven't figured out fake profiles scenario, otherwise numbers would alter significantly (?)

But technically they should!! Same DOB everything same .. this is ridiculous.. see how many deserving people are waiting here since months but are not in queue because of some stupid people.

Quick question guys. In the reference letter the company gave me, they did not mention wether that salary is monthly/yearly/weekly etc.. Since I can easily extract payslips from the system, I was thinking if I could simply attach 2-3 months back payslips with the letter as a way to indicate that the salary was monthly. Would that work?
