That is called "eMedical Information sheet" with your details and last section show that "submitted" if physician/clinic already submitted. otherwise its status as "Required"

Oh ok, yes the paper they gave me shows "required".

Yeah it’s weird, got my gcms notes yesterday and they just did criminality check nothing else started yet, no medical, still in progress for eligibility. I’m confused

How you apply for gcms not and fee and how many days it takes to get the notes

On May 1 get Medical Request, May 2 go to do medical check. May 6 they submit the docs to cic, and passed on 15

Hi guys, I did an upfront medical on April 18th 2019, I got a MR on May 1st 2019, but I still have not passed. The medical request states that if you do not do it within 30 days, it may be a reason for refusal. If I do not pass in 30 days, my application will be rejected? What do you guys think?

Can I ask something about MR.
I have to Medical Examination until June.12. But in Halifax, there is only possible to do it on June.07 or June.10.
Is that ok with the date cic required?

Do I have to do it pass until June.12 or not I am confusing. Please let me know
