Yes this is the right form, but then there is "Details of military service" which is a different form.
You can fill them both on your computer and attach letters of explanation providing more information or clarification if there isn't enough space at the forms. Just note that Schedule A must bear your original signature so you will have to eventually print it, sign it then scan it and merge it with your LoE before you upload it and submit it. Good luck!
So we got a "Request Letter", which is addressed to the Primary applicant - he is in Canada on WP, dependent is in India. Letter has below:
Dear <PRIMARY APPLICANT_NAME>
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence. To finalize your application, we require the following documents from your overseas dependent(s). Passports for dependent(s) should only be submitted after you, the primary applicant has received the confirmation of permanent residence status.
What about Primary Applicants passport? We are not clear, can anyone help?

Your file has been assigned to which code? Mine is with CB01126, people say that this code usually takes long time....it is still on CIO Sidney as per my first set of notes. Ordered the 2nd set on May 1st, expecting to receive it on June 1st.... My deadline would be June 18th but already prepared for more months
Look, I saw ppl whom files were treated completely in CIO Sydney. Mine is still there as well. Let's hope that IRCC make the necessary processing fast and let us go
Thank you for your best wishes. I donr want to Ben thinking negative but When I had called IRCC a week ago. The lady told me that in VO Notes it says “Eligibility: Recommend Pass” what does this mean?
She also told me that my uploaded document for RCMP Fingerprint which were submitted on Feb 5th were not looked at until now. I’m afraid it’s going to be more than 6months. Can anybody answer. AOR Dec19th....but I guess the AOR date doesn’t matter
I don’t know if it’s a good news or just a news but my status just changed from “the documents you have provided have been uploaded” to “We are reviewing the uploaded documents”. This means progress right!!??

My case is similar than yours, eligibility met (recommended to pass), crim passed, meds passed, security not started and adr is showing NA so definitely we will have ppr on the same week Btw, did you ordered gcms notes? If yes, is there any movement after meds passed?

I see, it happened to me with schedule A imm5669 form by feb 13th. It went to Documents uploaded, then reviewed and finally to Not applicable which, according to some ppl here, means that it was verified.
