My AOR1 is March 27th and nothing after that . No harm in calling them but yes it's normal.

March 25th, AOR1 nothing on my end either. Just trying to stay occupied. No sense stressing its about 3 months in. We will get there.

I am april 2019, paid 1040 fee and forget to pay biometric. Is anyone has gone through it? I am panic now to have the file back. Outland

Hey,
no need to worry. I also forgot to pay the biometric fees and sent my application with out it in March.
When I realized my mistake, I paid it right away and sent them the receipt using web form. Here is the link for that:

I sent them the biometrics receipt even before we got AOR1 and right after our AOR1 they requested biometrics. So sending them the receipt as soon as possible would help avoid any delays.

Just make sure that in your webform inquiry, you mention all the detail about your file, such as sponsor's and PA's name and date of birth, the date you sent your file to them and any other helpful info that would help them find your file. They even replied to me in a few days letting me know that they have received the biometrics fee.

When I called, the auto message says the only way to check your file (outbound sponsorship) is online. If you are inbound, you have other options.

Is wrong , takes time to reach an agent but it works , done it 2 days ago(prepare for an hour waiting to get the line tho) . Just the phone number works only from Canada so is to the sponsor or representative to call.

Then everything is fine i guess, only thing to do is to wait for them to complete the verification.
