I used my own envelope and used Xpress post. If u buy envelope from them u would have to pay for the envelope.

Quick question regarding form IMM 5786 Family Evaluation form -
# 14 under Employment History

I've multiple employers each year since 2016 - I want to confirm whats the correct way to out my gross income - should I put it separately for each employer or combine gross income for every year and put it in front of Employer 1?

Example 1:
FROM TO EMPLOYER NAME GROSS INCOME

i seperated by year so that my total income would perfectly match and tied to NOA.

It was 27000 EOI forms and out of 27K they would invite first complete 20k people and if they didnt get complete 20k applications by June 28th they might go for 2nd round.

Are you sure they invited 20K ! I feel they invited everyone and have not seen anyone mentioned they didn’t get invite.

Are you sure they invited 20K ! I feel they invited everyone and have not seen anyone mentioned they didn’t get invite.

That's what the CIC had on their website. They will accept 20k complete applications in 2019. And in first round they will accept 27k EOI on first in basis.
Then they will remove duplicate entries to start inviting potential sponsors. If they didn't get 20k complete applications out of 27k EOI then they will go for 2nd round of EOI.

If Yes, Then What should I select for Question 12 (Dependant Type)?

Did u photocopy each page of the passport for your parents? Or just the first page? Tia

Date of birth is unknown for my Grandmother, So can I put ****-**-** for that or just write 1900-01-01 and make explanation on separate sheet.
If I use ****-**-** format, the form cannot be validated.
If I use 1900-01-01, the form can be validated, but even the validated form is not generating any barcode page.

According to CIC guideline: Note: If you do not know the complete date of birth or if the date is in the 1800s, please use a “*” (star sign/asterisk) to fill in the spaces for the unknown year, month or day. The missing information can be added by hand however the form cannot be validated."

They got all 27K EOIs to send in their applications but will start processing with the first 20K.

got question guys about form 5768 financial evaluation
i am filling out the application for my mom(dad passed away) and my inlaws 2 members no dependents.
so question 3(a) where it says current undertaking. how many people should i mention?
is it will be 3 or just 1 in my own evaluation and 2 in my wifes evaluation??
confused up there
and question 4(ii) should i mention 0 in my case or 2 and vice versa in my wife's case ??/

Always Include sponsored person in "family size" calulation. See guide.
