But m in huge dilemmamy right now because my academic score is low & don't know how to write it to win admission can u help me bcos m clueless I don't want to reduce my visa chances by writing weird letter.

Hey,your academics are fine all you need to do is search for sample letter of intent take some help from them,try not to copy and prepare it asap and submit it for no further delays and

After your docs are complete you will be provided student I'd and then wait for your offer letter(estimatedly a month or more )

Do not go to Lambton. It's hard to get jobs in Toronto and getting PR is even harder after you are done with the studies. And Lambton is on just one floor just like a institute. So better wait for Langara even if it gets delayed, still its better.

It depends. I got my offer letter from Langara last May 9 2019. I applied April 10 2019. Received confirmation email last April 27 stating they received my docs and is under processing. It is recommended to email them your complete educational credentials right after paying the application fee for faster results.
