where do I have to focus? I'm a little overwhelmed with the amount of info haha

Where did you make the request? Have you raised a complaint?

I raised a complaint on the 31th day (April 16) and they said that they have placed it on priotity.
Sent again last week and this week but they do not reply at all

In that case you need to wait, you might get it in sometime.

My friend received his PPR today 15th may in the IST timing and has 30 days to submit his passport.. however he has travel planned next week and will be coming back only on the 30th day... is there a way to get an extension for the passport submission? Kindly advise

Simply put, no. I would postpone or cut short the trip to make sure I meet the deadline. It's a question of priorities.

If you inform IRCC, extension is not an issue. However, be advised that the PR visa is issues pursuant to the validity of the medicals. So make sure that you plan accordingly.

Also, if the travel is outside the country, you can even plan on submitting the passport at a LVO in the country where you re travelling, given that there is enough time there.

Www.getgcms.com the cost is 15 USD and you should get the notes within ~30 days. I wish you get ppr before receiving the notes.
