generally a ghost update is when a notification is received to state that your application has been updated, however it is not clear as to what was done -- no clear status change, no additional doc request, no messages, etc.. there is often a delay. this is quite common

It says the processing of your application for permanent resident is almost complete. And there are steps to do that applies to me. In step one, it determines if i change my marital status etc. In step 2 passport requirements. And in there I need to determine if I need to submit a passport. And step 3 submit all the documents that applies to me in step 1 and step 2.
So is this a ppr?
