Hi All,
I was not successful applying in January, an immigration consultant advised to apply as H&C for my parents,
He said it is bettler as parents are already here on Supervisa and they will get health card after one year and case will be finalised in 3 years,
Sounds good ?
Need your advice before applying,

H&C is extremely hard.

Hello guys

I received a mail from my parents and there is difference in paper size.

In Canada we have paper size of 8.5 by 11 inches
Back home we have letter size of 8.3 by 11.7 inches.

Now ,the paper i received according to my back home country.

Does the paper size really matters?

I dont know Date of birth and Date of Deceased of My Grand Parents, because of that I can't Validate the form.
Is there any way to complete this form?

In generic form for principal applicant, Question #3, How many family members ? I am doing it for my mum and dad, so should it be 2 , or all siblings as well?

Hello, may I know what info did cic agents give you? I wanna share with you my situation, i hope it will help in any way. My parents have been separated for 15 years, my father moved to a different country and now has his own family. They're not divorced yet. So i'm only sponsoring my mom. I was able to talk to a cic agent agent as well and i was told that my father is not a dependant and should not be included in the family size. According to the agent, my mom's marital status has to be "legally separated" on the form, as per ircc guide it means a person is married but is no longer living with the spouse. I attached an explanation letter. And i was able to get an affidavit of separation signed by my father and mom.

I got the same paper size from my parents and the 5768 i printed here with the paper size that we use here.
Paper size does not matter.

As I am closely watching the forum and came to know a few people sent Applications which they forget to include information which may be required for complete application.
Please, guys, don't rush to send the application. The final date is June 28 so even if you send on May 28 then you have one full month.
Please carefully recheck all forms you have filled before and after printing.
Do not check Mark on the document checklist before you included all forms and required supporting documents.
If you have any friend or family member then take their help to read it once.
Sending an application in advance may not give any advantage but sending the uncompleted application will be a disaster.

Maiden name.Because most women adopt the surname of her husband after marriage. IRCC is intersted in Family Name which was at birth.
