Depends on when your case moved to NDVO from CPC (Case Processing Center). As i have posted multiple times on this thread already, optimistic prediction would be 4 to 5 months from the day it is transferred to NDVO (You can get to know this detail by calling IRCC, keep your application number and your personal details handy while calling)

Pay slips
Salary account and to highlight salary sector
IMM 5669 for spouse and self

Copy of provincial nomination certificate
Can anyone tell my status and what could be happening

I think they would inform you if u need to take your medical exam again. Either ways I think you may need to have a valid medical report at the time of landing if it expires . Am pretty sure they will send you details

My CoPR is valid through about a month after my medical.

We'd need more context to know what you're talking about. "Stated by PA" means "Stated by primary applicant". In other words "GenDent said...".
