Just really need to know if those of us that have gotten PPR all uploaded ECA evaluation along with academic qualifications.
This is clear any misconceptions whatsover that failure to do so may lead to rejection. Pls comments needed urgently... Thanks

I didn't upload ECA nor test, but i uploaded my master degree+ the reference numbers of ECA, IELTS + TEF.
I order GCMS notes 2 weeks ago and it says that they verified ECA thru the referencee number

It's finally moving. Got one ghost email 2 days ago and was the first one I've noticed since January. I could not figured out if it was IP1 or 2 but it must have been IP3 since today I've just received the ready for Visa email Whoopwhooop. PPR is your way guys , it's coming!!

That's a common misconception. We've been in this state since mid January and no updates thereafter. It's all random and depends on various unknown factors.

For Indian FSW-O applicants. That's the current trend with respect to cases with certain VOs like Ottawa.
Though it can be random, we find solace in drawing a logic out of it!

just called CIC,,, agent told me that Background check is not yet started and you have to wait until 8 aug 2019..I don't know what's really going on as my main step Eligibility is passed since Feb 6..

Security is on going which can take time, the general timeline is 1-3 months for security.

Call agents definitely don't have a clear picture of what is/will happening/happen to your application. My aor is Dec 20. When i called on March 29th they mentioned me to call mid of august if i don't get updates and GCMS notes which I requested on April 1st mentioned nothing(eligibility,security and criminality) have started and had only program assistant notes . I moved to IP2 on may 3rd EST. When i called yesterday, I was mentioned my file was approved and due to be forwarded to visa office. So there is always hope and agents words are not final.

Security is on going which can take time, the general timeline is 1-3 months for security.

But she mentioned clearly that security and criminality not started yet... it's really frustrating that from last 3 mnths, after eligibility they haven't touched my file yet
