Im so glad everyones hearing back from cic! Just a couple of questions.. is it necessary to have your file transfer to a visa office prior to recieving ppr? And could the possible reason for no transfer be that the officer who has the file isnt satistifed with the file? Could someone with some knowledge shed some light on this? Ive also attached my timeline below...

Yes. Files are always transferred out of Sydney for processing.

I'm in the same situation. Everything is ready to be transferred i mean all steps are done. Still waiting the transfer too. And Seriously i wouldn't know the officer would have to say about my app, we provided even a bit more than needed with all requirements.

No. That line was not there. It just changed on the same day as decision made and got PPR.

This is what i have on ECAS for PA side.

1. We received xxxx application for permanent residence on February 19, 2019.
2. We started processing xxxx application on May 7, 2019.
3. We sent xxxx a letter on March 28, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
4. We sent xxxx medical instructions on March 29, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5. Medical results have been received.

I'm Feb 14th applicants and still awaiting file transfer. some info as per below for people who are still awaiting transfer.

I called IRCC this morning and talked to nice agent! she checked our file and as per our conversation " My wife's Medical and Criminality has been passed and Security and Eligibility hasn't been started yet". File is still in Sydney and it will get transfer, i won't be getting a passport request from Sydney.

MR is passed yup is stated on CIC
and BR appears also

Gonna wait a few weeks i guess and see.
