Congrats! Any movement is good. You can call them and ask what was the ADR about. Hopefully it was for the approval of the case

Thanks guys. I called them and the security screening is still in progress. The agent said we are waiting for the results from other partners. I guess that means another 5 months lol.

The agent was trying not to answer my questions about the update. He kept saying it means we are waiting for the results from other partners. I said so does it mean that one step in the security screening was finished yesterday and that's why I received the update and he said yes you could describe it that way. I guess when it comes to security screening they're cautious not to reveal too much information. My security screening was started on Dec 3rd. Any suggestions? I think it's becoming one of those complicated cases.

I too speculate that it could be their usual vague answers. I still think you most probably pass the security.

you never receive a ghost update in the middle of any of the steps (unless they want to ask you for ADR). I think as you said the agent just didn't want to tell you directly, but my feeling is that you already passed the security. To make sure wait for a couple of days, if there is no sign of ADR, then it means that your SS is done and your are in line for final review, approval, and ppr.
Edit: These are of course true if you know you already passed the criminality and security.
