Hey how are you? There was an update in my account today. Medicals status changed from (You passed the medicals) to (We are reviewing the results of your medical exam). Does it mean I have to renew the medical exams?

Being from china can be issue in present pectrum and can lead to excess time as SS will have issue egtting stuff from CHina due to present scenario between two countries

The case is, your application is almost final. Get re-meds done asap, submit and follow up with hospital to check if the meds are uploaded after 7 days. Once meds are uploaded...keep a keen eye on your profile. PPR is very close.

Nope, please login to your account and see if there is any request for redoing the medical. If so, they will send you a filled up IMM1017.

I've never seen this status before. Maybe there was an issue with your medical exam that created a concern for them? Regardless, if they require you to renew your medicals you will definitely be able to tell. They unequivocally ask you to get another medical exam and they even send you new forms to take to the doctor.
