1. There can be only one principal applicant. in this case your dad. single IMM008 and single IMM1344.
2. Basicaly this form is for Princialapplicant. There will be 2 two applicant in the application for IMM008. You mom will be added as dependant.

Q5: Your spouse if not included in Q3. Since i already included her in Q3 do i leave the box empty or put 0?

Q15 Spouse's current situation and how she supports herself.

Should i checkbox unemployed?

She is on maternity benefits since Jan 29, 2019 and supports herself with mat benefits.

Can i also put that i do provide support to her as well? Note:She is not the co-signer though.

I've a Quick Question regarding Question# 14 in [IMM 5768] Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship.

Question:
Provide your employment history, including periods of unemployment for the last THREE
consecutive taxation years preceding your application. Make sure that you do not leave any gaps in
time.

1. What should we put in the "Gross Income/ Benefits for period" column ?
-- Does this mean Line-150 of NOA for years 2016+2017+2018 (Total of annual gross income of all 3 years)


2. What should we put in the "Family size" column ?
-- If I've a new born on 25 April 2019 should I include that in the count or no ?

No. Not Sponsor's passport. It's about Applicant's passport copy.

They have a eight digit number at a bottom of the visa. Is it the same number?

Yes. That's right. UCI is not mandatory though.

2. My mom has 1 brother and 5 sisters, do I need to put them all on section C?

2. Yes. I think number of rows wouldn't be sufficient. Attach an additional sheet.

It not a mandatory field. IRCC will figure out the number if you had one in the past using your parents name DOB etc. Even if you put it, they will verify the number. A consultant suggested.

I have one more question, in Financial Evaluation in 2018 i was working in 2 companies like for
2018-01-01 to 2018-04-01 Company ABC
2018-05-01 to 2018-12-31 company xyz

Should i divide 2018 employment history into 2? as mentioned above or keep one and write most recent company?
If divide into 2 I dont know exactly the amount from line 150 for 2 diff companies.

Can anyone confirm this?
