My bro changed his job recently in April 2019. He submitted his AOR on December 30, 2018. Continued to work with same company till April 2019. Do i need to update CIC / IRCC on change in Job. As this change does not add or deduct points for my case. However is it necessary to update them. In case I need to, then what documents should be sufficient? Appointment Letter, first salary slip and ID Card (front and back)? As no one at new job would sign a reference letter neither will HR issue him a letter now as its just his first month there. Would appreciate some experienced feedback please.
Called them last week. apart from medical nothing has started as of now. Moreover the agent said that this can get delayed by Sept 2019 so please call us post that. Seems the agent was having a bad day or its a tactic used by them to minimize calls. No idea though.
Probably you can track this in your GCMS Notes...My primary is CIO Sidney and secondary CPC Ottawa, but I am still at the primary office waiting for a decision on eligibility. I guess when your application goes to the secondary office is in the final stage to get clearance on security and receive PPR or invitation for an interview. Not sure, but already read about this quite a few times.
Guys, sharing the good news with you all. Got my ready to visa mail in morning. So a ray of hope that applications moving now. Good luck and I wish I get more of these messages in this forum coming soon

Hi All,
One query - I paid the amount while applying for AOR, can i get my money back??
AOR - 4th Dec 2018
MEP - 17th Jan 2019
No updates since then, so i want my money back now, because going by the trend this aint moving for another 4-5 months.
Please let me know if i can get the money back.
Received Golden email today. Details are as follows
AOR - December 03rd
MEP - Jan 16th
IP1 - Jan 16th
IP2 - May 2nd
Passport Request - May 7th
FSW - O ,
Country of Residence - India
One thing I would like to tell is, be patient and wait for the file to be picked up. Once they start Background check, it will be very quick. It took almost 4months to change to IP2, and in a week got the Passport submit request.
