Maybe it's a good news for everyone here. I called CIC today. My security's been started May 1st...I think this is the last step.
Here is my timeline,
Application received Aug-31, 2017
AOR Dec-04, 2017
MR April-16, 2018
Pre-arrival April-17, 2018
I received GCMS notes at the end of Feb, 2019.
Everything's passed except security not started.
The last updated date is Nov-30, 2018, paper file, location: PS-. I have no idea what it is.
Hello everyone... can anyone who got their CSQ via "Mon project Quebec" confirm if they've just got a PDF file or also got original documents via post mail? thanks!!
Hello Everyone!
just sharing my experience if there is anyone in the same timeline as mine kindly let me know :
received my CSQ in March 26 2017. Applied for federal and my file was received by the immigration on September 13 2017.
medical was cleared and was submitted on May 26th 2018. i am waiting since then.
i am a single applicant and everything was applied through a firm here in Montreal.
technically 7 days left to hit my 20 months mark. Anyone in the same timeline as mine? if yes what are you planning to do next if you dont hear back by the end of 20th month?
I will also be hitting the 20th month processing time this month
..but not to worry you will get the good news by his grace on or before you hit the 20th month marked date for you.
However if it is the other way round...just use a web form to know the Status of your application.
Thank you adeboyeadejobi for replying back! well my law firm already initiate an inquiry like a month ago asking for update and their reply was : I am in my timeline and my application is under review i will be notified once decision is made. Their response was not that helpful. LOL..
Btw do share with us once you receive the good news! This waiting is giving me legit anxiety!
I have applied Quebec immigration in October 2013 got acknowledgment letter in April 2014. I got My CSQ certificate in August 2016. Due to some reason i did not apply for further process? My Quebec certificate is going to expire this year in August.
Can any body tell me what forms and document i have to send for federal now?
And how i can see my status online since i applied paper base.
Please advise?
thanks

I have a similar timeline as urs. Sincerely I am thinking about this everyday...what will I do if i don't hear from them by the 20th month? To be sincere, the whole process is so stressful and very often we've reached a u-turn point. I think I will wait till my medical expire...that is 21mths in all! Then possibly re-think about it.

Because they are not processing your application in time I saw they have extended medicals for some applicants for three months so don’t very you will get good news soon
