I got the first update after MEP on Apr 19 for RPRF. They just have to pick up your file

At what stage u are

Background check started on 18th March
Even though my medicals got expired in Jan 2019 but cic cleared my medicals after 6 months processing time on April 8, generally the first step after Aor is medical pass but in my case its totally different.
So nobody knows exactly how they process applications.
I am waiting from seven months
I feel that cic is slow for pnp inland applicants
Patience in the only key

Late March got a ghost update and moved to IP2.
Called in early April. The agent told me to call when it's past 6 months.
Called in Late April. The agent said my application is approved and I should receive PPR soon.

Can CIC refuse PNP application after completing 180 days

Chances are very rare
As we all know application decision is all in hands of cic or case officer so i think that we only have to wait and be positive for results
My consultant says in case of pnp applicants direct refusal is very very rare but if they need to get more info then they will request for additional documents or explanation
We already selected through provincial nomination so dont worry n good luck
