in my country, we spent 12 years doing primary and secondary.
the second 6 half is known as high school and in the end, we get a diploma.

How do you arrange it for someone with secondary school education + university.

The guide 5772 says regarding 0008. " if 2d bar codes can't be machine read for any reason, the application will be returned to you without processing"
Very harsh condition??

In 2018 tracker I saw few of them were asked to resubmit the 0008 form, so I think they should not send it back.

Put the intended date of return. Make sure it is within the 2 years of entry

Yes, and mention the investment source in the explanation letter to avoid any confusion.

Yes, but only if you are using canada post. As private courier cannot deliver to po box. However private courier have been given some address to deliver.
