I've registered in Aprl 30 opening of Master stream. I've a query regarding job letters, i'm working part time with no fix hours, on average i work 20 hours/weeks. Do i have to submit a letter from employer stating all details of my job. ?? or the pay stubs are sufficient.. ???
Secondly, regarding residence proof, does two documents i.e pay stubs and phone bills enough as proof.???
Looking for your kind reply

Letter from employer would be a great evidence for your residence proof, I highly reccommend you to send it with your paystubs if possible but not a requirements. I sent only paystubs, and I sent all of the biweekly pastubs I had from 2014 to 2018. If I happened to miss one, I wrote an explanation letter explaining that I couldnt not find it.

I sent inmy paystubs like I mentioned above, I also sent in phone bills, car insurance bills. If you have your house bills covered by your family, do mention it in the explanation letter. Also, if you just finished school, send in your school courses registration and confirmation for the semesters in the last 2 years.

Information request letter May 16 (asking for more residency documentation since no utility bills because utilities included in rent and not employed because student, and legal status in Canada even though I told them I was in US.)
Documents submitted May 17 and May 23
Notice of intent to refuse May 29 (I typoed a date on my Canadian residence list and they also needed letters from landlords to confirm residence) (note, back on May 16, asked what additional documentation would be acceptable and they did not tell me this)
Documents submitted June 5
Certificate received June 10
I'm working on the paper federal application now. I'm a little worried that there doesn't seem to be a way to get clarifications on questions.
First question - Number 11 - Date and place of last entry to Canada.
I drove from US to Canada and don't remember if I used the Rainbow or Peace bridge to cross the border. Is there a way I can find out? No passport stamp for land crossing from US.
Second question - Number 10 - Current country of residence From/To
I am a US citizen and have lived here since birth except for 2018 when I was a temporary Canada resident as a student. Is the "from" date supposed to be from my birth or when I got back in 2019.
