Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Hi guys, I have a confusion about Q10 in IMM 0008 regarding current country of residence. I am sponsoring both my parents. My mother (principal applicant) is currently visiting us in Canada on Super Visa , she arrived in late Jan 2019. My father is in India and he will be sending me his stamped photograph and other documents.
1. What should be her current country of residence? Could the current country of residence depend on whether or not she stays in Canada more than 6 months?
2. If her current country of residence is Canada, what should I put as the To date? She will go back sometime in June but we do not have a final date yet
3. Not sure what happens to her biometric in this case. I am thinking to put June 30th 2019 as the To date so that by the CIC receives our application, they will know my mother is back home in India and send a biometric request for her. Thoughts?

You can use your first name in both the sections

Well. I am sorry to say but this is not a correct answer.
As per CIC, if one does not have last name then they should put their first name in the last name and leave the first name empty.

Your surname is your family name. It is also called your “last name.” When filling out applications, type your surname as it appears on your passport, travel or identity document.

I sent with courier, earlier today they said address correction required.
But I just received a call from them saying they are sending to 2303 stevenage dr, Ottawa. All UPS, Fedex and Purolator mails go there for IRCC.

Did your's get delivered?

From past experience ECAS only works after AOR is being generated.

But I just received a call from them saying they are sending to 2303 stevenage dr, Ottawa. All UPS, Fedex and Purolator mails go there for IRCC.

Did your's get delivered?

Yes. Mine was delivered to same address and I confirmed from IRCC twitter team and they said it is their mail sorting address and good.

How do you know what you put on EOI? Where can we look at our EOI?

We don't have a way to look back at our EOI. I simply record it on video while i was answering. It's cause i know confusion like this might happen and also i wanted to be sure i have a reference for next year just in case.

But then how did you validate form 5669, because its not avlidating without given name.

Fot just 5669, use the same twice and explain it that in orsder to validate it you did thats.
For the rest of the forms, put given name in last, and leave given name blank.
