I got a ghost update, but inside the application nothing has changed. Is this normal or means anything?

This is scary...... How much time will background check take, any idea?

I can understand the anxiety level; same here yea!
Have been calling IRCC since late evening and haven't been able to speak to an agent.
My BG check turned to "we are processing" in early April; NO update post date. It is indeed scary...
Have seen people receiving PPRs within hours or days post the BG check start date.
(AOR NOV 2) I wish we all receive the mail at soonest...!!

Just called a really positive agent and she said criminality passed and security in process.
I specifically asked whether the eligibility is suggested pass or review required she said its not complete yet, so she can't tell anything. But the application looks good and seems no additional document is needed from my side and I will hear the final word around end May or at least early June.

It will be great if its end May... not expecting early words only within 6 months will make me extra happy!

Ottawa for some reason has delayed sending a PPR batch this time. It's same even with October folks.

I am guessing the recent flooding there probably has delayed the dispatch..but then i wonder about the draw being conducted despite this...

The fact that your eligibility is met means that you have passed the most crucial step and the chance of rejection is very slim. You will get your ppr sooner or later so don’t worry and enjoy.
Some our files have not been touch so there are people who can’t be confident as youRelax

Same here 20 Nov. Today a nice agent said file not touched after R 10. Nothing started. No analyst notes yet he said . Last note is R10 by pa in December. He said call in July as we have overload

Call in July ?? This is ridiculous. Their manegment sucks.

Criminality also started by analyst ,the same day he will assess A11.2 and eligibility. So u should be getting update next week for sure.

Sorry can’t be sure in that. Seeing that some of us coming to the 6 months frame with no movement makes me feel that I will have to wait a lot.
