Hi,
1) Please check the form, I think they have also given the option UNKNOWN , You can choose that
2) You can mention that in the first page of form 1344 in the question
HAVE YOU EVER USED ANY DIFFERENT SURNAME , GIVEN NAME
You can answer YES to that question
Family size question... sponsoring my parents (mom and dad). My spouse is the co-signer.
2016 - single
2017 - single

What will be the Family sizes:

2017 - 3
2018 - 4
2019 - 4
Or.. family of 4 between 2016-18???
Also, what will be the family size for my spouse employment history?
2016 - 1
2017 - 1
2018 - 4
2019 - 4
Please help, anybody?
Hello, I am not sure about this question as this situation does not applies to me but someone from this thread will definitely respond you with the correct information

What is your situation and how are you filling the employment history table in IMM5768?
Emp History = Fill out for last three years Jan 2016 - Dec 2016
Jan 2017 - Dec 2017
Jan 2018 - Dec 2018
Jan 2019 - Present

And in Family size column? Do you have any cosigner?
i ask the same question and he said there is no biometric in canada so you dont have anyother option.
Go by the guide it clearly mentions applicant currently in Canada are exempt. So the least we can do is not pay fees now at time of submission and if they determine we can pay fees n get it done once requested.
And in Family size column? Do you have any cosigner?
Family size includes sponsor, co- signer (if applicable), any dependents, and the sponsored persons (Mom and Dad)
Schedule A form - What should be 'Field of Study' for Elementary and Secondary schooling? For 'Certificate and diploma issued' , the guide mentions - If no diploma was issued, write "N/A". So should we use 'N/A' for 'Field of Study' as well?

This is clearly mentioned in the guide:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...application-sponsor-parents-grandparents.html
Personal details
Note: If you do not know the complete date of birth or if the date is in the 1800s, please use a “*” (star sign/asterisk) to fill in the spaces for the unknown year, month or day. The missing information can be added by hand however the form cannot be validated.
It will need to be submitted w/o validation. You can attach an explanation page that this is how it was recommended in the official guide.
That there are many more rows than just 3, suggests that you should list it each employer. Not that it necessarily makes sense, and they will be relying on NOA or direct CRA access to verify the total income anyway. But to be on the safe side, that's what I suggest.
Thanks usr19 for your suggestion! Yes, I did it that way, I add every single temp job I had with the exact date, I made 2 extra pages with a table. It is a lot of work but better be on the safe side!
Thanks.
What about Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] ?
I did mention that . I am doing IMM0008 for my dad only
Is there a way to search this thread.

2017 - single

2019 - married
Family sizes:
2016 - 2

2019 - 3
family size for spouse employment history?
2016 - 1
2017 - 1

This is what makes sense to me.
Or should the co-signer use same family size as the sponsor?
