ircc has ask me to provide pcc from uae but i have a financial case in dubai i am trying to negotiation with bank but things are not going well due to finance amount also due to this case i am not able to get pcc now wht to do any 1 here who can tell us any other way.....

No, I got PFL only and I replied back to them and got pre arrival after that and now stuck in background checks, October 2017 applicant
