In the IMM5406E form for Additional Family information they mention at the top that we need to fill in All Names In English AND Native Language. How do we do this? Write the name in native language along side with english names or print another copy of that form and write the names in native language? Also, is it just the name in Native language or the application?

Include affidavit and explanation letter and copy of your indian passport where is shows your parents name.

I have Canadian passport and my Indian passport is no longer valid. Will they still accept copy of Indian passport?

I sponsored my wife last year. She is not the CO signer but that undertaking is still in effect (3 years) . Should I give her information in question 9 or Question 11 .
The form I am talking about is 5768 .

I have a question. Earlier in the year when the Interest to Sponsor form was opened, I had the fortune of filling it up in 5 minutes, but I only put my mother's name in, and forgot to put my father's as well because of the rush and adrenaline. Now I have been invited - can I submit the application for both of them?

Has anyone gone through this before? Any ideas?

2. What should I mention in question 5 - your spouse or common law partner, if not included in box 3.

I think this was answered already but couldn’t find it, sorry: for the principal applicant’s passport: does one have to give all pages or only the first couple with the picture/ personal details?

Form 0008, PERSONAL DETAILS question 12, is this asking for single stay duration, or accumulative duration?
My mom has been in Canada multiple times accumulating more than six months, but none individual stay was over six months.
Should I answer yes or no?
