Guys application sponsorship agreement should be filled twice right. One for mom and one for dad.
If anyone has completed all forms. Clarifications on things like this is greatly appreciated.
Unless your parents are divorced......otherwise, only 1 person can be principal (either your dad or mom, then the other will be spouse and will accompany to Canada)
Well Affidavit is enough if they don't have marriage certificate. My cousin sponsored his parents who do not have Birth certificate and marriage certificates.
can you please explain which document you are talking about ?. you may need to explain but depending on documents because some of them have alternatives.
Hi, My parents have no education history and first name (as per legal document) but in Schedule A form Question 5 Education history and first name is mandatory. Validation failed without these information.
Invitation email, guide and checklist says form must be validated before submitting.
Now, what is the best way to fill this form? Should I put the NA in the fields and write the explanation or leave the form "not validated" and write the explanation?
Yes you need to explain why it is not available and why it is not possible to get one. you can need to explain you are from India where most people did not registered marriage in early days.
I got the invitation letter but looks like there is something wrong with my name.
Instead of "bhai" they put in "bhau".
Anyone else has same issue? Could be typing error from myside or from them. But on my PR card I submitted it is "bhai". Now that I got invited I hope they have checked everything. What should be done now?

You need to include an affidavit from both parents and an explanation letter for the reason . If you are from india then notary public have required format for Marriage certificate affidavit. and same for birth certificate.
There was one example format give in this thread by a contributor almost a month back. you can scroll back and read it.
