Need help here. I received Passport request letter today morning from NDVO but no request for Appendix A.
Should I send it or not as its not requested for?

Dear,

Go to the bottom of the email, open the full Email by pressing “ View Entire Message”. You may see it. If not, I still suggest you send Annex A to them. This form merely confirms your current address again that they can send back passport with immigration visa to you correctly. Again, this is my personal input. Hope this can help you out.

Passport sent: 04/04
Passport received at CPC: 04/08
Application approved: 04/11
Passport returned: 04/16

Unfortunately you just have to wait. I sent my passport on 4/8 and my status still has not updated yet. Most people got approved in 5-10 days though, and then another 2-3 days for it to be sent out.

- Passport sent : April 14 to Ottawa

- Application approved online : April 18

- Awaiting for returned package : ( expect Mid-next week 23-25 April due to long weekend )
